Samuhika Upanayanams – Sacred Thread Ceremony was performed in JIVA Campus on 21.4.2017. Udaka Santhi was performed the earlier day. About 225 kids from ages 5 and above came from Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Northern states and Nepal to get the sacred Bhramhopadesam. HH speaking on this occasion stressed that everyone to follow the age old Vedic practices handed over by our ancestors. Women at home who play a primary role in shaping the lives of children and men should ensure that the practices are respected and followed by all members at home. After taking gayathri manthra, the vatus – bramhacharis, took samasrayanams from HH Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji in Sri Ranganattha temple premesis in Divya Saketham. The program concluded with mahaprasadam.
