About Badrinath Asram
Badri, a holy place on the Earth, floating spiritual vibrations down to the Earth from a height of 10,250 feet in Himalayas. The Great Narayana Manthra was revealed to this world from here only. Our Ashtakshari Kshethram situated on Nara mountain,welcomes all the pilgrims with good shelter and free food (Prasadam). Badrinath has a beautiful Temple of Lord Narayana, opened only for summer 6 months and remains closed during winter. Badrinath as said in our Puranas, is a place where Lord Narayana is in the form of Mountains doing penance for the peaceful world. Our Ashtakshari Kshethram set up in this holy place by HH Sri Pedda Jeeyar Swamiji in 1950s is a boon to all those devotees who come on pilgrimage to this place. HH Pedda Jeeyar Swamiji performed Narayana Ashtakshari Koti Havana Maha Krathu here in 1952 ! Since then Annadanam is performed to Sadhus in our Ashtakshari Kshethram every year during all the open days.

Each room has 2 cots and beds with attached bathroom. Comforters are also provided. Drinking water and hot water is available on request. Prasadam/Food is served to devotees at all times.

One of the holy Asram in Badrinath. I am happy to share my divine experiences with Swamiji and the program that was back in 2022. The asram is just in the bank of Alakanda River and 200m far away from the Badrinath Temple. I wish, I will get a chance to visit this place again.

Local people called this Andhra asram , South Indian food available here for free, Rooms are available at low price, free accommodation also available, just a half kilometre to temple, Nearby bus stand, very clean and neat, Tiffin, lunch, dinner available, one and only place you get homely Telugu food here in your chardham yatra

This is Asram at Badari, and Vaishna vaist can stay have prasadam have Darshan of Swami Badari. There is a Narayana temple in this complex. You can participate morning and evening Pooja. Opposite there is Vivekananda emergency free hospital with ICU is there. We utilized services of the hospital. Very helpful. You have to go 650 meters to reach Temple. Walkable. Here Mutt incharge was very kind and pleasant. He helped us in getting a very good Pandit for Tharpanam. Over all good place for traditional devotees.

Jeeyar mutt is 600 mts away from the main temple “Badrinath dham”. Rooms are good and lockers also provided by the mutt. Food also serving freely.
