Under the aegis of HH Swamiji and HH Ahobila Ramanuja Jeeyar Swamiji Brahma Yajnam started in a grandly manner. Evening after Sri Vishnu Sahasranama Sthothra Parayanam and Pravachanam, Perumal appeared on Seshavahana very beatifully. While chanting Harathi for River Krishna, shodasa upacharas offered to perumal. All the devotees holding the deepa pramidas in their hands gave harathi to perumal, imagining the Divine River Krishna. Perumal with voyyari nadakalu reached Yagasala. After nithya purnahuthi perumal came back to Pravachana Mandapam with voyyari nadakalu again. HH Swamiji demonstrated to patthangis different types of voyyari nadakalu while procession going on. Sriman Dr. Mukkamala Apparao garu and Sriman Narsaraju garu also participated in this va:hana seva very actively. Thus successfully concluded the first day of Brahmothsavam.
